Maths week 7

Hi bloggers,

fort he past week we have been learning about interior and exterior triangles and how to work them out in different shapes, we have also been learning how to make triangles with certain measurements, what a busy week. these photos are the demonstrations of what I have been doing. The pentagon is a thing where we had to use a compass and different angles to make a certain shape. have you done anything like this before?

Back at school, Finally

Hey Guys,

How are you guys? I hope you are great. I apologize for not posting until Friday, but this means I can do a mashup of what I have done this week. for maths we have been learning bout the scales of maps and how many center meters  (on the map) = to Km. I remember we had to measure certain distances and tell our educator how far a certain 2 places are. for literacy, we are doing websites so we can further understand the importance of "the Wonderful Wizard of Oz" I can show you a screenshot of a little blurb but its not edited so it won't necessarily be in the final product. We have to talk about Characters, symbols, and themes, Though I am making it an extra step further and finding out the secret political meaning behind the story. Have you found stories with hidden meanings?

Final Days

Hey Bloggers,

I'm sure you guys are aware of schools opening next week so The Stuff I will be posting will be a lot different from the stuff I'm currently posting. Anyways, not much has happened for me these last few days. I have got some walks in but nothing too special. Today I did my Friday task and that was too see if you could create a place where you could live on animals' backs. Of course, this could work depending on what animal or what size you and you're things are. for this quick drawing, I have put my things on the back of a turtle called Frank. There is a line for washing and even a line for Wifi. would you live on a animals back? if so what one?

Days 21,22 and 23

Hey Guys,

I am happy to say that I have finally watched the Wizard of Oz, after many weeks of trying to find it, We found it on Youtube and to say the least it is an outstanding film for the time. even when it was not in color. We had to make our own sort of Winged monkey servants if we were the wicked witch of the west, I made the ribboned Widows. (as seen down the bottom)  Another thing is learning about how to use and Atlas, compass, Ect. We had to find the latitudes for the 7 wonders of the world, plus a few extra. Have you been to any of the seven wonders?

Day 19 & 20

Hey guys,
Today  I have not been very busy, because I cannot watch the wizard of oz and we don't have our usual tasks today. however, in Technology I was meant to make a tinted glass window with a design on it. also, I did make a cake design, the theme is an English garden tea party sort of thing with the flowers being made out of fondant. What do you think of It?

Hey bloggers,

I'm sorry for not posting this week, I just had nothing to blog, but now I do. recently I have finished the wizard of oz and I have been learning more about capacity and volume. I had to measure certain items in water and find out the cubic centimeter for that item. I did a mandarin, rock that was painted and a cup.  What have you been learning?

day 15

Hey, guys

Recently I have been creating a board game for my tech teacher, unfortunately, I have just shared it with her so I won't be sharing that, however, I  have been reading the wizard of oz and I'm up to chapter 17, and close to the conclusion. We were told that we had to do some tasks, one of them for me was about why purple isn't in any flags and we were also told to make our own flag for our household. so down the bottom is my creation.

*purple up until the 19th century was considered to represent wealth and royalty, because of the ingredients in Europe that made it very expensive, during what was called the golden stage of the Tudors, Queen Elizabeth l passed a law that only royals or friends of royals could wear purple.

This is my family’s flag if we had one, the bubble represents quarantine and our bubble. The tv and the lines inside represent the curry and news we watch on Saturdays (it always leads it my dad yelling at the tv. The woman and the bike In the corner represent exercise, finally, the x in the corner represents my room that I never come out of.
